Reconnecting

hay Mr draco Sir i don't know if its my end or wat but i keep getting a big red box in the middl of my screen saying reconnecting in 8,7,6,5,4,3,2, then it goes away then it does it all ova again when on the server i get it about 10-15 time every map and it makes it hard to shoot anyone lol , thats only if i can get on the server long enuff to play with out it booting me with a Connection Failed any ideas ???
