Time for a BOT revamp...

I love those pointy-toed little freaks as much as everyone else but I personally think that it may be time for a change. Originally, the psychotic clown was sort of adopted as the clan mascot, but I think that the clan has morphed into something new, not to mention, the damn voice-packs on these little abominations are quite annoying at times.

Everyone think of an idea for new BOTS or how we can change the existing little fragtards into something that turns heads and revives the game a little. Let me know in this thread if you could.

The clowns are cool...I would hate to see them go. But if u are going to take them out what about an assortment of bots...maybe some predators and aliens?

I like the clowns...it makes us totally unique. Perhaps they can have new costumes, and a new voice pack?

Aliens & Predators look cool, but they are so big and noticeable that I think using them would lead to a botfest, and people would be claiming wins based on botkilling, and not skill.

I'm getting the feeling that everyone kind of feels the way I do on this. How about we leave the freaks, give them new costumes, and put in different voice-packs? Next, what voice packs should we use? I would just ask that that it not be as annoying as old Krusty is. BebeDoll, you wanna redo their outfits?

Hi Everyone.

Well, i really am a fan.... mega fan of the simpsons, and one of the reasons why i love this Server. When i Started to search some good an fun Server last year... Was exactly the Clowns. and their voices... when i listen for the first time... i say... wait a minute..... thats Krusty....... and then.... my favorite... " 2 weeks at the happiest place on earth..... TIJUANAAAA " i really enjoy and get adictive to the server.

I cant imagine Fun Server without that clowns. All other servers has the normal bots, and watch and listen that clowns was really cool and more FUN.

Like others said, maybe a change of the skins and voices pack of the clowns. but not desapears them. jeje. Well is just why i think. very Personal point of view.

I caould make the bots their own voice paks plus i need to compile the voice pak for members. Giving the bots their own custom vp would be nice but would lead to more dls

If bebe doesnt want to do the skins I will do them only problem there is it will take time as i would probably wait till school is out and i could take some time on them. Maybe we could collaborate on the skins bebe and come up with somthing really sweet.

I dunno why, but I can hear the little freaks with a Jewish grandmother voice pack. Something along the lines of:

(1) I've got your back... if you're sure you really want me to...
(2) Shoot something? SHOOT something? Shoot it yourself...
(3) Never mind... I'll bleed out here alone... in the dark...

Would make for an interesting contrast with the aggressive style of play in which the bots engage, yes?

Im a bit late on this one but for any of you who like TPB I reckon a Jim Lahey voicepack would be cool. That drunken bastard cracks me up.

Something along the lines of this:

Lahey: Randy... I got $100 here for groceries, I got $1400 here for liquor, and I got $6000 for you to go and bail out a couple of shit puppets. We might need a couple of more shit puppets for our play, and they gotta be angry shit puppets, Randy... and you gotta make em angry shit puppets, and you say whatever it takes to make them angry but they're not angry at us Randy. The clowns are fine and their phrases are very cool, they are a unique characteristic of FUN server so I don't think than change them is a good idea.

i like the bots the way they are. but i think they need maybe a fewmore phares and need to be a little more dark to make it harder to see them.



this is just what i think but they are fine the way they are, i would just like to maybe see them just a little dark that way when i am in there by myself somtimeas they are to easy to see lol but that is just if u ask me. and it is only what i think. ;)
