I am--I love KC. This was when I worked in the music industry--that was a GREAT day. I was backstage at HORDE fest. Fripp was (predictably) elusive, and ran off when my buddy approached him. But Tony Levin was a MOST gracious host--he made sure we hung with them. Bruford was cool, and Adrian is just so very real. On the left in that photo is his wife, Martha.

I also (briefly) met Bootsy Collins that day (it was in Cincinnati; Bootsy dropped in to play with Lenny Kravitz.

I got to watch the Black Crowes have a backstage fight too.

Heh.

The best part of that job--getting backstage to just about anything. I got to meet all kinds of cool peeps--David Crosby (several times), Steve Winwood, the Allman Bros, Dr. John, Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Carol Kaye (she is an INCREDIBLE studio musicion, played bass/guitar on probably 100 top 40 hits you know from the 60's/70's. Beach Boys, Simon & Garfunkle, on and on...)
and I worked directly with people like Oteil Burbridge (bassist for Aquarium Rescue Unit and Allman Brothers) and the guys in moe.

I once had backstage passes to the Talking Heads and The Who in Cleveland, but only the non-original members showed up in our room.

Why did I ever quit?

i used to work on CA (Control Assurance) on Deloitte checking that the systems works and has the restrictions that supose to need to have, and make the study of the proves. A systems audit for a quick jeje. But mm around a month i left that work when was when i capture this pic. Now im searching for some new job, more ... or my passion is in fact, Systems security or HW.

is funny.... i love HW and assamble pcs, and moding... but i have a crap of pc. lol pepsi

Its a very cool place. tail of the dragon has a calendar of events. every weekend you will find any type of auto clubs- corvettes, bimmers, motorcycles and anything else. People spend all weekend going up and down the hill as fast as you can. 318 curves in 11 miles if alot of fun. I have a BMW Z3 and its great to drive it as fast as you can. tail of the dragon also keeps the death tally and what the cops are doing.

When it's 5 minutes start the most large and dangerous curve in Mexico call "La Pera" or "The Pear" it takes 18 seconds to start-finished at 125 kms per hour. This curve is very near Mexico City

The computer pics are from what JJ calls the MONSTA...notice the little suprise sitting on the processor...its the Artic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro...with that i can increase the clock speed from 2.13 Ghz per core stock to 3.6 GHz per core effectively doubles the power of the MONSTA.
