Hi all. I have had this happen before when going to servers that require those MOD files to play. Went to FN server to get ready for Sunday match and did a quick install of all the MODS required, plus dwld all the map and one other file (don't) remember its name but it took forever to dwld.
Now i am putting the blame on the crashing to the experimental loaders...because I had the same thing happen back in December after having visited Donut's instagib server and the same MODS (different version I think) needs to be installed. Did that had no problem playing until I went over to the con server and that server then kicked me for having and unspecified illegal mod. So i reinstalled everything.
No the other day go to FN do the downloads saw that experimental load and even said OK lets see what happens. Let it do its thing did all the dlwlds and the bounced over to CON to see if the same problem occur es as did before. to my surprise "no problems" so cool.....but played last evening and the shut down restart this morning and UT cant find the darn Engine....So any Ideas?
I shut down then restart and start the game back up then I get a window that UT:
"Can't find 'ini:Engine.GameEngin' in configuration file
History:Uobject::SafeLoaderError <-UObject::StaticLoadClass < -InitEngine"
I am just looking for a easy fix. I know that a reinstall works course but It is annoying to have to do a reinstall every time those experimental loaders mess something up. I even want to almost assume that CON has something on theirs that if it detects something potently bad that a script runs as a punishment to the potential abusers that corrupts that file. But that is just a wild concept. As I said the first instance this had occurred was back when Draco had the issue on another clans server about some illegal detection that was false positive and that clan who ever they were just said oh well.
