Been along time...

It's been a long time since I have been really excited about a new band.
The band is called Chickenfoot (http://www.chickenfoot.us/). The line-up is not new. Each member has
filled entire pages in the book of music history.

Sammy Hagar - vocals - His solo career and Van Hagar
Joe Satriani - guitar - Solo career
Michael Anthony - bass - Van Halen & Van Hagar
Chad Smith - Drums - Red Hot Chili Peppers

There music isn't technically mind-blowing but it has a groove to it that
is catchy and cool. They have a chemistry that other super-groups have
never been able to master because I don't think any of them have a huge
ego.

I think they have the potential to show the kids of today how they did
it 25 years ago.

I had the pleasure of working for this band and seeing them live.
I wasnt too crazy about sammy hagar in van halen, however. Sammy was freagin awesome!!!!!
One of the first album in ages i went to buy on the day it came out.

I've listened to them from time to time in the past year or so. They're pretty good :) On a note of music, Thousand Foot Krutch is doing a concert in my town soon :)

Im back from motorhead (yesterday eve)

My body hurts all over ( these guys bring 2 trucks stuffed with amps and lights)
Its beyond rediculouse. BUT DAMN WAS IT COOL!!!!!
I got to hang out with Phil (their Guitarist) who is a typical welsh man(so damn funny).
Saw their show front row(on the actual stage itself:P) and afterwards i got to load up all their shit back in the freagin trucks ( wich is the reason i hurt all over lmao)
