This is Alliance of Valiant Arms, don't know much about it, but it's based off of the UT III engine, and is what it would be like if UT and Counter Strike had a baby, and then that baby married Call of Duty and had a baby. The game is free, just a hassle to wait through the DL time. Haven't played it yet, but it looks like it's worth playing if you have spare time :)

It's a bit noddy like Counter Strike. Not my kind of thing, isn't slick. Not as good as UT99!

There is it again... The reason UT99 is still alive after 10 years. Epic created
pure gold when they made UT99 and nothing after will ever be able to compete.
I've decided that I will probably give up gaming and go back to music when this
game is no longer able to be played on modern hardware.

Getting back on topic, something my threads seem to lack after the first 3 posts, the gamemodes withing AVA include a team deathmatch, escort (with a tank, not hosties) and demolition. There aren't too many weapons as of now, but it is an open beta. Nov. 11, new guns, maps and gamemodes will be released, and hopefully there will be shotguns.
