For a great mutator maker.

I think a great mutator would be to be able to bind a key when you log on to the server to make a pop-up talk enabler. What I am trying to relate to is the Taunt\Command button (v) which pops up a box allowing you to speak. Well a mutator maker (not saying its easy) but could make that same thing and when you click the one you want, (Nice Shot!, Thank You!, Good Game!, LOL) it makes the console type this (say [MESSAGE YOU CLICKED]).

Good Idea? I thought i'd toss that thought out to anyone thats good with making mutators (is that coding?). Good Luck to anyone who trys this. this was a random thought.....LOL

You already can. Open user.ini and find the key you wanna use. key=say Nice shot!!!. Start game join the game and hit the key. It'll say Nice Shot!!! automatically.

The other way is making a voicepack, but then you will have to use the sounds also. I made several voicepacks in the past and the hard part is finding the right voice sounds.
