Would you play it?

Hey everybody, I was wanting to make a map where you fly around in jet fighters to get frags, as opposed to the spawn camping/sniper arenas, and I wanted to know who would actually play that before I put too much effort into it. The arena would have multiple spawn/launching pads for each team (so the teams will not have to worry about somebody flying into their spawn area and seizing it), and quite a few Anti Air towers with machine guns in them for people who don't like air-to-air combat. Just post weather it sounds like a cool idea, and give me your thoughts on some environments.

Should the map be staged in...

A) a bombed out/metropolitan city?
B) Deep space- i.e asteroids, spacecraft etc.
C) Mountainous region, arctic snowstorm, volcanic

Just let me know what's best, thank you for the time.

They already have something like that called RX and StrangeLove and you can use it on any map you like so that all those camping can be used.

yeah this is pretty cool!! i'd play on it..bk in the days i played on the FLY servers alot

I'm not a fan of RX.. I used to be into it, but I don't think you'll get much out of it being DM, it's much to easy to kill someone with one. RX is much better in CTF. =-\

I like the jet-fighter gametype. That actually requires alot of skill to fly them things well and be able to hit your enemy in-flight. I'll hunt down the mutator and see about loading it up on the LooneyBin server.

sorry I read the previous posts and noticed Stranglove, riding redeemers lol I used to like that but then discovered Freestyle and then OldMan inroduced me to camping :D

I would play it for a laugh on the fun server
