I take it that you're using a Windows system?
Try searching google typing: driver + windows version (2000/xp/vsita/whatever) +the name of the hardware you just bought, including version no etc (look it up on the box)... And then download the driver you need, to you're desktop (i.e.)... See if there's a readme and follow the steps...
Windows is usually smart enough to locate it then :)

ive never had any luck with "search the internet" for drivers. There are programs out there to find drivers for what ever you want. also I just search for the company that makes the product and they usually have drivers and or manuals online for you.

The cell should have come with a USB just use that. When you plug it in, it should be recognized as a Mass Storage device, then all you need to do is access the memory card via the "My Computer". However; if you phone requires a secondary memory expansion card for your personal files and you do not have one installed you need that first.
If you realy need the LG drives (and i honestly do not think so) here is a link for you to dig through.

How you trying to connect to it? Do you have drivers for the phone?
A good program and site to go to is this one ->Bitpim (http://www.bitpim.org/)
That is a program to use, now to the phone.
Is this link your phone? (http://www.lge.com/products/model/detail/LX550.jhtml)
But I am having a hard time finding your drivers. LG would be a good start.

I have a Nokia cellphone and I can connect through BlueTooth. Then I can setup a voice gateway so I can use my headset to make a call on my phone using my PC. That's why Nokia gives you a CD with all the drivers. LG does not??

Ok heres is how you do it ...sorry I at first did not truly understand what you wanted to do or rather fix. I thought all u wanted to do was install the MP3s.
Go to - "My computer" then "Control Panel" then "Performance and Maintenance" then select "Drivers" and make you update selections from there.

Ok first things first...which Operating System are u running?

OK try this:
"My Computer" then "Control Panel" then "System" then select the "Hardware Tab" then select the second category under "DRIVERS" then select "Windows Update" then select the second option which starts with "Ask me....." and then say "OK" and reboot but I have a feeling this may still not provide u with you desired outcome if you are trying to connect via Bluetooth....but then again I don't know I dont use it...if it comes with a cable it use the cable.
Blue-tooth is a nice little gimmick but its only good for headsets. It was a joke when it was first introduced and has to be one of the worst security venerabilities I have ever seen, it is slower than a cable, very limited range and uses up resources unnecessarily compared to the total amount of time that it is actually connected to something. Just my opinion.

But see there is the problem...he belives he needs a driver...but without a driver first being installed such a program will not do him any good becasue he doesnt have a driver in the first place that might need an update.

What he is trying to do is to have windows go to the net and search for the proper driver (that he doesn’t have) so that when he tries to connect his phone via blue tooth, the OS will then recognizing that he doesn’t have the driver, it will then automatically go out to MS and look for the needed driver and auto install it. Which windows will do but only if the drive has been certified by MS and they have it listed.
Right now his system doesnt promt to go out to the web and look for the driver...so i have tried to show him where the setting is in the "hadware, detection, maintenance and updates is so that he can set it to do so.
