UT99 key bind help

Hi guys, Im trying to make a, i dont know, to make it say "=->ğσσ∂ğαмє<-=" at hte end of each game. I dont know if its a bind or what, but can someone help?

do i have to do it in the user.ini, or can i use the console?

in console..

Set input key say "Good game"

I think.

[[OMA]DEATH-[UT]SMOKEY]

open console ~

type in preferences

open the + next to Advanced

open the + next to Raw Key Bindings

go to which ever key you want to set it as & type say "whatever"

OR

open up your user.ini with a text program (notepad, wordpad,etc..) and find the setting and add say "whatever"
