Hey all !!! Not sure what tech did but,When he try's to zoom on your server he get's a black box and can't see very well...Can you tell me how he can fix this..Thank you in advance..

Well, he is probably using a different driver than the one he is trying to change. here is what you do. Open the UnrealTournament.ini in notepad, do a search for HighDetailActors. Change all of them to true. There are at least 3 different entries, each under a different driver. If this doesn't fix it, all I can recommend is that he reinstall UT99 completely because something in his install corrupted big time. This is the only issue that causes the blackbox and this is the only fix for the blackbox. Have a good one.

Maybe going about it in this manner will go a little smoother. If he still can't get it to work, have him email me his ini at my usual addy and I'll set it up.

Go to Options/Preferences/Video tab and see what driver you are using. It'll be shown next to the 'Change Video Driver'. Next, go in-game and open console by hitting the Tab key and type the word preferences and hit enter. The game will drop to a window and a new window will appear. Go to the bottom of that list where it says 'Rendering'. Expand out rendering by clicking on the + next to it. Find the driver in the list that you are using and expand it out by clicking the +. Look down the list until you find 'HighDetailActors=False'. Change that to true by clicking on it and selecting true from the dropdown menu.
