Hi guys, i just got Ubuntu (like draco) and have benn trying to get UT on it. I got Teamspeak by using the "sudo appitude teamspeak-client" thing but cant get UT. can any1 help>> PLZ!!:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Hopefully, you have UT on CD. If you do, use the instructions in this link (http://slu.livejournal.com/10186.html). If you do not, copy your Windows UT over into a directory in Linux and put these files (http://redirect.pet-passion.net/FUNdownloads/patches/ut_Linux_binaries.zip) into the appropriate folders. Create a launcher on your desktop and link to the UT.bin file in the UT directory. Just to let you know, though, if you still have a Windows partition, I would stick to playing UT on that.

i dont have the cd and it would take like 10 cds to get it off my windows pc. i dont no how to just move the files. i downloaded it from the link you put on teamspeak but have no clue how to use it. can you help? remember, im a linux NOOB!!

Well for me it starting by reformatting than reformatting again than reinstalling than loosing everything than reformatting...............
