Does UT support the generic buttons 4 & 5 on this mouse? I can't seem to assign anything to them. I use button 5 in UT3 for crouching & that works well for me but I can't seem to do that in UT. Just wondering
Thanks again,
Chris
it will if you get the kebind prog for ut99

i have a 518 and I have my TS talk button as the thumb button, I also have a few others but never kept them, I do use the software that came with it though, not sure if you are using it.

Thanks, I got it figured out finally. Now I just have to get used to using it! What button do y'all use for crouching? I figure I need it on the mouse to allow my other hand to move around.

I use a Z-Board Fang Gamepad. Pretty neat little item with a shit load of buttons that are all binded for one reason or another. I can also switch config files for each game I play and have the keys set-up totally different in each instance. It's small and USB so I can take it with me to use on my laptop when needed.
Left thumb= crouch
left Pinky= jump

Well aren't you fancy:D I saw one of those contraptions the other day & thought it could never come to that, BUT after trying to play on my wife's laptop I saw a "need" for it.
Thanks all,
Chris

Just the act of spending $35 on this little item improved my gameplay 100%. The buttons are as smooth as glass and virtually no effort or movement is needed to press them. It's extremely difficult for me to go back to a keyboard of any kind now.:o:o:o

Roger that one Draco. The Z-board game board is a plus, too. Been using it for the past few years and no complaints....except for the not having an ejector seat button (but that is in the plans, muhahahahaha)
